    At Miracle Angels Resolution, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
    • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 3).
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

    2. Return Process

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer service team at contact@maresolution.net to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Securely pack the item and include a copy of the order confirmation.
    • Ship the package to 7545 Irvine Center Dr, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92618 using a trackable shipping method.
    • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

    3. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Opened or used personal care products.
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Digital downloads or gift cards.
    • Clearance or final sale items.

    4. Refunds

    Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the item.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

    5. Exchanges

    If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement.

    Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item.

    6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at contact@maresolution.net with photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
